| Dennis Besler |

| Dennis is a seasoned engineer with over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the petroleum industry. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1977, he worked at Amoco Corporation. In the late 1990’s, Dennis co-founded a private oil and gas company, Lyse Petroleum Ltd., which benefited from a number of significant successes including new pool discoveries and identifying bypassed pay in mature fields. Dennis was also successful in developing the company’s first field out of a single well that had been shut in for over ten years. The company was ultimately acquired by a US base petroleum company, Aspen Resources Group, where Dennis was promoted to the position of vice president of Canada. In conjunction with his position at Aspen, Dennis served as president of Cubacan Exploration Inc., a publicly listed Canadian subsidiary of Aspen with exploration concessions in Cuba. During his career Dennis has acquired extensive knowledge in the areas of drilling, completions, operations and workovers. He has developed specialized expertise in the areas of horizontal drilling, completions and production optimization. This broad engineering background has complemented his property evaluations expertise when looking at acquisitions or the optimization of fields. Dennis has operated on the international scene for a number of years as president of Ridgestarr Petroleum Management Ltd. pursuing oilfield service contracts in India, Pakistan, Kuwait and Trinidad-Tobago. |

| Bernie Cabot |
Petroleum Engineering Technologist |
| Bernie has over 24 years of experience in the industry both in the national and international scene. He graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1988 with a diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology. Internationally Bernie has held positions with Nexen Inc. in Yemen as well as with SAUDI ARAMCO in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. In 1997 he co-founded a private oil and gas company and was director and manager for all operations. In this position he was instrumental in the purchase and development of a mature oil field in Northern Alberta. The total field production at time of purchase was less than 90 BOED and within one year it increased 20 fold to greater than 2,000 BOED. This was accomplished through workovers, optimization, infill vertical and horizontal drilling and pipeline and facilities debottlenecking. Bernie was directly responsible for developing programs and AFE’s and implementing all drilling, completion, workover, optimization, pipeline and facilities operations for this company. Since 2005 at WPM, Bernie has been managing operations for a number of oil and gas companies located in western Canada. This includes projects with Korea National Oil Corporations for their construction, drilling, completion and testing of their heavy oil operation and International Sovereign Energy and Lotta Energy upstream operations. Bernie has been advising oil and gas companies for 14 years and brings an accomplished level of management expertise to any team. |

| Stuart Y. Chow |

| Stuart has over 30 years of experience in the oil industry and is the founder and president of Bravo Energy Inc. (a private oil and gas company) since February 2003. Prior to forming Bravo, Stuart was the founder and past president of Onward Energy Inc., a publicly traded junior oil and gas company, from 1993 until it was acquired by Avenir Diversified Income Trust in 2003. Prior to forming Onward, Stuart was the founder and president of Ryanda Resources Ltd. from 1990 until it was amalgamated with Onward in 1994. Stuart was the engineering manager of Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. from 1985 to 1990 and was also the senior reservoir engineer for Tricentrol Oils Limited from 1982 to 1985. He was employed as a petroleum engineer with Dome Petroleum Ltd. and predecessor companies (Kaiser Oils Limited and Ashland Oil & Gas Ltd.) from 1978 to 1982. Stuart graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1978. |

| Brian C. Mracek |

| Brian has been in the oil industry for 30 years specializing in drilling and production engineering. Few have more extensive experience in horizontal drilling, including under-balanced drilling and completions. Brian graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1977 with a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering and has been a professional engineer for over 10 years. Brian has advised Husky Energy and Talisman Energy Ltd. where he drilled underbalanced horizontals with reverse cementing in a fractured carbonate reservoir. This involved drilling challenging wells to depths of 3,900m across western Canada. Earlier, while at Encana Corporation, Brian drilled over 135 shall gas wells utilizing coiled tubing drilling. While at Baytex Energy Ltd. Brian held the position of manager of drilling and completions where he was responsible for the drilling and native crude’s, nitrogen and air. Brian has served as a working member on committees reviewing and updating recommended practices in horizontal heavy oil wells for the province of Alberta. Brian has also worked on projects in Torrance, California, Casper, Wyoming and Erie, Pennsylvania. |

| John Charles (Chuck) Curtis Jr. |

| Chuck is a veteran geophysicist and brings 30 years of experience to WPM International. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics. Chuck first joined Amok Nuclear as a junior geophysicist and was later hired by Amoco Corporation as a senior and then Pembina Corporation reporting to the chief geophysics where he spent 15 years. With Pembina, Chuck worked on the company’s most important discoveries and made a significant contribution to the company’s value before it was sold. In 1997 he became the exploration manager for Lyse Petroleum Ltd. where he evaluated land holdings and adjacent lands, defined drilling locations on land holdings and planned layout and operated seismic acquisitions. Chuck has worked to develop new techniques and geophysical software in conjunction with a Canadian developer and has been directly responsible for the discovery of a number of substantial reef finds in western Canada. Chuck has also worked on international prospects in India and Bolivia. Chuck’s achievements and his strive for excellence makes him a leader in the industry. |

| Phillip (Phil) A. Johnson |

| Phil is a senior professional geologist and manager with a “big-picture view” of the industry. Phillip graduated from the University of Western Ontario with honours in Geology and has participated in successful oil and gas discoveries since 1968. In 1996 he founded Phil Johnson Exploration Ltd. where he generated and sold exploration projects in British Columbia and Alberta. Phil has discovered numerous substantial oil and gas pools in North America including Saskatchewan, Colorado, Montana and Wyoming. With a strong mind for the oil business economics, Phil is proficient at the design of exploration and development strategies and is well versed in preparing drilling and exploration budgets for both major and junior energy companies. Phil has to his credit over 200 BFC of gas and 20 MBOE of oil discoveries. |

| Carl Kuntz |
Production Superintendent |
| Carl has gained extensive experience in the petroleum industry over the last 26 plus years. His career has been focused on the completion, workover and production of oil and gas wells across western Canada. Carl has also spent substantial time in the design and construction of facilities and pipelines, studying production and problems with existing fields, implementing solutions to resolve these problems and increasing overall production. Carl has a reputation in the local industry as a team player and a person who can bring practical solutions to resolving difficult issues. Carl is a very valuable member of our team when it comes to enhancing production of mature fields. |

| Myles McDonald |

| Myles graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and then followed up with a Faculty of Management MBA program at the University of Calgary. Myles worked with Husky Oil Corporation as a senior engineer until 1993. Myles spent many years on the international scene in Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Oman specializing in drilling, UBD, completion and workover operations. Myles has extensive experience in western Canada as a specialist in coil tubing, fracture stimulation and remedial cement operations. |

| Eric Pedersen |
Senior Drilling Supervisor |
| Eric has over 30 years of experience in drilling supervision both in Canada and internationally. While with Sincor, Eric was stationed in Caracas, Venezuela. Part of his responsibilities included spending two months in China monitoring the construction of two rigs which had been contracted by Sincor. Prior to Sincor, Eric was with Nexen Inc. stationed in Yemen. Eric has also worked in the Canadian Artic, offshore in the North Sea, South China Sea, Mediterranean, Red Sea and Persian Gulf. He has extensive onshore experience in Algeria, Iran, Oman and Venezuela. Eric joined WPM in 2006. His vast international experience and his attention to detail is a tremendous asset to our organization. His primary focus is designing and implementing drilling programs. Eric is a strong and highly motivated person who is committed to a career of excellence. |

| Gord Besler |
Landman |
| Gord is a Landman and Land Administrator, and has 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. In 1997 he joined Lyse Petroleum Ltd., working in production accounting, operations and ultimately promoted to the position of senior Landman for the company. With Lyse, he had extensive involvement in the purchase and disposition of petroleum and natural gas properties, including the evaluation procedure, negotiation, preparation and finalization of all associated documents. Following Lyse Gord was directly responsible for many aspects of management for junior oil and gas companies, including formulating exploration strategies, the timely development of oil and gas discoveries, the processing and marketing of oil and gas products. In 2000 Gord became Vice-President Land while working with Aspen Endeavour Resources Inc., as well a Contract Landman for five additional oil and gas companies having joint interest with Aspen Endeavour Resources Inc. Gord joined WPM International team in 2007 as VP Business Development. |

| Don Keith |
Construction Superintendent |
| Don has 18 years of Construction Advisor and Supervisor experience. In addition Don brings a vast knowledge of various types of surveying, including oil and gas surveys and industrial surveys, including coordinating and surveying well sites and pipelines for various Oil and Gas Companies. In 2003 Don became the Construction Superintendent for Burlington Resources Canada Ltd., and was responsible for the direct supervision of large groups of field construction supervisors. Developing, implementation and maintenance of “Company” Safety Standards Manual, he set safety standards and training requirements of professionals and contractors working on construction, clean-up and reclamation operations. In 2001 he became the Survey Coordinator, and was responsible for designing, implementing and coordinating the survey department that considered all of the needs of Surface Land, Drilling, Facilities, and Engineering along with the various Exploration departments. Don was instrumental in developing and implementing the Company Survey Standards for western Canada. As a Construction Advisor, Don is dedicated to meeting the requests of the client, while ensuring that construction concerns are addressed and maintaining regulatory requirements. |

| Gary Steinlke |
Drilling Supervisor |
| Gary has 20 years of experience in the drilling industry. For the previous 2 years Gary has been involved as a supervisor on a horizontal coal bed methane project in northern Alberta. Prior to that Gary was in Saudi Arabia for 4 years as a Rig Manager and Rig Superintendent for a drilling contractor drilling horizontal extended reach wells. He has had a successful career in the oil & gas drilling industry and some of his best qualities are his focus to details and his commitment to job excellence and co-worker’s. |
